In bills room upstairs in the house. You have to listen to them all the way through to get credit, the machine will auto eject the tape when it's done, there is only 4 and they are all very easy to find.
I can confirm you can play the records at the same time and it will save you a little time earning the 4 associated achievements.

Glitched on me. Didn't unlock after the 4th tape ejected.

CognitiveCaveat glitched to me too, but just close and restart the game, chapter select > free roam, go upstaris and play any record. This worked for me.

This unlocks after you listen to all four cassettes.
From Piano Man (30G), exit the room, turn right and walk up the stairs. At the top, open the door to your right. In this room, there are four records and four cassette tapes to listen to. The good thing is that you can listen to a record and cassette at the same time. The bad thing is you need to wait for the song to finish before listening to the next one.
Pick up a record with
and focus on the turntable. Press 
to place it and it will start automatically. While that is playing, turn around and pick up a cassette with , focus on the deck and press . When the record is done, it will stop rotating (and unlock Vinyl Vibes (20G)), so press to take the record off the turntable and to drop it somewhere in the room. Repeat this process with the three remaining records. When the cassette is done, the deck spits it out onto the floor (and unlocks Magnetic Miracles (20G)), so repeat with the three remaining cassettes as well. When all four records and cassettes have been listened to, Audiophile (50G) and this achievement will unlock.
The next achievement you will unlock is Bottoms Up (20G).
