Before you can start raking in dough on the Moon, you'll first have to unlock it. To do this you first want to earn a trillion dollars of disposable income on Earth. While it may sound like a lot, it is pocket money compared to the amounts you'll have later in the game and you should have enough money very early on if you followed my general strategies. The same rules as on Earth apply to the moon, simply buy one of each investment and this trophy unlocks.
