The first 4 achievements didn’t pop for me on the first play through. They popped on the second play through.

There are 10 feathers to collect in Level 3. A counter appears at the bottom-right corner of the screen after you collect the first feather. Most of them are visible and out in the open but since there is no map, if you are having trouble locating any, refer to the video in "A Journey Ends".
