I've found a very easy way to get this achievement. First, in the main menu, go into options -> gameplay and set the difficulty to hard. Now start up an exhibition match. Teams don't matter. I was able to get this with 2.5 minute quarters, but it was sort of close, so you may want to increase this to 3.5 to give yourself some more wiggle room.
Once the match starts, do whatever you can to help the other team score (through self-sabotage) until they have at least 50 points. Then pause, go to side select and switch to the other team. Again, help the other team (the one you started playing as) score through self-sabotaging the team you're playing. The AI should be able to score more than 50 points in the remaining time. So, with one minute left on the in-game clock, switch back to the original team you started playing as. Let the clock run and you'll get your achievement.
