How to unlock the Local Heroes achievement in AFL Evolution - Definitive Guide

From the main screen, head over to Competition.
Scroll down until you have selected the VFL under league.
Now select ALL TEAMS to be user controlled before proceeding to the Competition Hub.
Once on the competition hub, select fixtures.
Press
once to bring up Round 19, then once on the last mach press 
to simulate the entire season.
From here, keep simulating the final league match and all the play-offs.
Since you are all teams, it wont matter who wins. You can win the VFL without playing a single match, and this takes less than 5 minutes
