How to unlock the One Game at a Time achievement in AFL Evolution - Definitive Guide

From the main screen, head over to Competition and start a new AFL season.
Now select ALL TEAMS to be user controlled before proceeding to the Competition Hub.
Once on the competition hub, select fixtures.
Press
once, scroll to the last mach press 
to simulate the entire season.
From here, keep simulating the final league match and all the play-offs.
Since you are all teams, it wont matter who wins. You can win the AFL without playing a single match, and this takes less than 5 minutes
