Really simple achievement
From main menu choose career.
Then choose player
Go through all the player customisation screens.
Once that is done choose next match and start the game.
Towards the end of the quarter you will become.fatigued and will get subbed off. It will ask watch game or simulate.
If you simulate you miss the rest of the game and don't come back on. If you watch you usually come back on at the start of the next quarter.
Either way will net you the achievement simulating being the fastest
