From the main menu select Footy Factory > Create A Player, the game will have automatically randomised a player for you. Assign them to any team, save changes and the achievement will pop.

Go into the Footy Factory and select Create a Player. You don’t have to modify anything, unless you want to. But if you’re just after a quick achievement, keep pressing 
until the player is finished, then exit back to the menu.
