Fairly self explanatory. You press B to perform handballs where you can pass the ball between teammates. A and X buttons are for kicking the ball. Focus on handballing as often as you can, as opposed to kicking the ball to teammates. Don't forget that you need to win the match for this achievement to unlock.
You can keep track of stats in between the breaks after each quarter to track your progress. If you want to make it as easy as possible play an exhibition match using a high rated team such as Collingwood, Geelong or St. Kilda playing against a low rated team like the Gold Coast Suns.

To get this, simple handball it around a lot. I’ll suggest getting a few points ahead at first, then start handballing like crazy (using 
). This is easiest on a low difficulty, but will also be achievable on Legendary if you play the way I have suggested. (See "Legendary" for those tips.)
