This one will take about 10 minutes. Go to the Footy Factory from the main menu, then create a new team and just save the default values. Now you need to create 40 players and assign them to the team. Select Create Player and then scroll to the bottom to the Assign field. This will bring up a selection of teams, simply scroll to the one you created and select it. Then press X on each of the three screens you are presented with to save the defaults for the player and then B to go back to the Footy Factory menu. Do this 40 times and the achievement will pop.

This one will take you a little bit of time. All you have to do is go to the footy factory, select team editor, and create a team. Then, go to the Player creation menu. With every player you make, when you are naming them, at the bottom there will be a ‘Team’ option. Put the new player into your custom team and then continue to create players until you have 40.
