Drawn games are a rare occurrence in AFL football, well they usually are anyway (here's looking at you 2011 season so far). That said you're unlikely to draw in this game, unless you do it intentionally.
So the best advice I can give is to just let your opponent score, then just match it quick for quick. It could be tedious this way, but it's the best way to do it against a CPU.
This can also be done using a second controller. So plug in player two, and just let the ball sit on the ground for four quarters to have a 0.0.0 to 0.0.0 drawn game. It's cheap, but it's effective if you're after a quick 15G.

This one can either be accidental, or you can ensure you get it. If you wish to get it on purpose, just make sure that in the final quarter, the scores are relatively to each other, and within the last few minutes, the scores are equal
