This achievement can be "set up" relatively easy in a quick match against the console.
Select a good team and play against the Gold Coast Suns. Extend the quarters to 15 or 20 minutes. Play at a low (amateur or rookie) level of difficulty.
Now, as you play, keep track of who has kicked goals for your side. Once a few of your forwards have kicked goals, pause the game, go to the team management option and edit your on-ground line-up to bring all your backline players (defenders) forward, swapping them with the forwards who have already kicked goals.
Also, rotate your rovers and wingers through the forward line as well - that way, you increase the possible spread of players able to kick a goal.
You should have no troubles getting this achievement by following these steps.

When going for this one, it’s best to move your field around once one player has kicked a goal. Switching the most recent goal kicking with players from the back line and the bench will greatly help with this one. I’ll also recommend doing it in a longer game, for Example, when going for Leather Poisoning. An easier difficulty also helps.
