You kick the ball using either the A or X button. While they are designated as A (pass) and X (goal kick), you still can kick goals using the A button. Simply kick 5 goals with one player in a match, you'll get this over time. If you're struggling to get the achievement, you can increase the quarter length in options to give you more time.

This one is very achievable in any amount of time. Just make sure the same player gets goals. If you aim to get the goals with the Full Forward of the team, it’ll be easier again.
