Set up a quick match - play as Collingwood, have the opposition as Gold Coast. Set the game to the easiest difficulty and play 3 minute quarters.
You should have your achievement in 15 minutes.

helped heaps but so you know you can let the computer play the first 3 quarters you only have to play the last quarter and basically play keep away x3

Fairly straight forward. Win a match. It’ll be one of the first achievements you get, but can take a few games when you’re still getting used to the game.
