For this one you need to pick the F/A-18E plane on Arcade Mode and complete the Game with it.
My opinion is to unlock all the EX Options first so that you can tweek the settings and gain alot of the other achievements in the process. The most important I will say is the Continues. Just simply Keep dying until you see the Game Over Screen 10 times for unlimited continues!
From there on you can pick any plane you need the achievement for and fly thru the levels without ever having to fire a shot. Makes the game and Achievement a whole lot easier.

Just pick the F/A-18E Super Hornet in arcade mode and finish any combination of at least 13 missions.

When you start Arcade Mode you can select 3 different jets. Select the F/A-18E and beat at least stage 13 to unlock the trophy.
Slowly, Consumed
When you start Arcade mode, you get to chose from three planes, make sure you chose the F/A-18E.
