As far as can tell, this has to be done in a single playthrough.

Every venue in hell has its own assortment of drinks at the bar, usually 4-5 different drinks.

Be sure to order all the drinks and take a sip, so it counts.

You can't go back to some places making some drinks and the achievement missable.

There are more than 20 drinks to be had, regardless of the path you choose.

This is missable.
So in every bar you visit (And there is a good few of them) there is always a total of 4 different drinks to well..Drink.

Make sure every new bar you enter, just go to the bar,. order all 4 drinks and down them!
If you do that, i think the earliest you can unlock this is in the Skoll bar where your trying to get Asmodeus' Seal of Approval!

This seems to be glitched in a good way now. Every time I ordered a drink at the bar, my progress went up as if it was a new drink. This may unlock after drinking your 20th drink from a bar in Hell in general!
