I got this after leaving the initial party and walking outside. I don't know if you can get this prior to that as I didn't try.

Press the

button, scroll over to 'Social' using

, and 'bicker' will load. You can scroll up and down using the

. I left it here for 20 minutes, only coming back occasionally to make sure my controller stayed on. The achievement popped after staying relatively idle on 'bicker' for 20 minutes.

I did the same thing, just wait in the social part on pause and left it for 20min, works perfectly, thanks bro

You don't have to keep the controller on. If you stay on the screen and turn the controller off it'll ask you to reconnect one, but the progress will continue. You can use the achievement tracker to see it move.

Anyone have an issue where the percentage gets stuck at 99%, but the achievement doesn't unlock? I've tried resetting and everything but no luck getting it to pop

Here is my 100% Achievement Guide for Afterparty!

This is an easy one to get, at the beginning of the game, after you find out your in hell and you walk outside for the first time.. You are able to press

. You see the map, but if you scroll to the left using the

button, you are now on Bicker (Hells Social Media).
Simply stay on this screen for 20 minutes and it unlocks. (Make sure to keep your controller on too and do not let it die)
