This is missable.

After you make up as Lola and Milo (Also, after you play beer pong for the "It does have its charms" Achievement)..
You will get into Sams taxi and on the way to Satans for the final time, she asks to make a drop off.. Just reply with Sure and follow the dialogue option story there and achievement unlocks. (You dont have to do anything, just listen)

Be friendly with her and show interest in conversations throughout the entire playthrough. When you are in the boat before the final battle, she will ask you to stop in one place, do not refuse her this and after a frank conversation you will receive this trophy.

When you are in a taxi before the final competition, Sam will ask you to stop in one place, do not refuse her this and in the end you will receive this achievement.
