This is an unmissable achievement, you get it in the Schoolyard Strangler, after playing beer pong and heading upstairs to go and talk to Sam, pretty early on in the game..

But here are my 100% Achievement Guides for the game anyway.

For your first runthrough, the max you can get is 21/23 achievements.. You then only have to play less than half hour on a second playthrough to choose the other options..
For me it was helping fela the demon on a second playthrough, doing his tasks and then its game complete
