This is unlocked in Chapter 4 during the interrogation scene.
It will be in the second part where you explore "motive".
I'm not 100% sure how I unlocked this part of the conversation with Margaux but I think it was after exhausting all conversation options with Jackie and Margaux.
Once you get to the question type scene, the correct order to unlock the achievement is:
Charming followed by Coercive

Chapter 4 - The Interrogations
At the beginning of this chapter you'll be required to talk to all of the people in the room and then piece together the clues for the Continue Interrogation mind map. After making all deductions in the mind map, you can talk to Margaux and you'll need to select the two correct responses to lower her defense and unlock this achievement. The two correct responses are: Flattering, Coercive.
