This is a missable achievement.
After the investigation at Churston, you return to Porot's apartment to interpret Donald's dream, and complete the interrogation of Thora. You should unlock a couple of achievements here.
A cut scene later, you'll find the 4th letter from the murderer near the door. Go to the round coffee table beside the sofa, and click on it. There are two clues in this section. The left clue is a mathematical report. The right clue is the newspaper that criticized Poirot. Click on this to unlock the achievement.
