Exit the Diner and go to Nika's (right, across the street) and ask her about a burger making machine.
If you don't have the meatballs already, go left some more and to the Circus. Talk to the lion and ask why he's sad to get the meatballs.
Go right until you find the guy on the bench feeding his bird. Open your inventory and select the ticket and click the sandwich board (the thing next to the bus stop sign).
At the zoo, give the meatballs to the lion cubs. Talk to the cubs and they should say the food is junk. Go right into the Staff Only room, and talk to the lady. She'll agree to give you the machine if you can find out what the cubs like to eat.
Leave the Zoo and return to the lion at the Circus to get the meatballs recipe.
Go back to the lady at the zoo and give her the recipe.

You an go talk to the scientist again, but we still need the recipe, so go back to the father lion and talk to him again to get the recipe.
Give the recipe to the scientist and she'll finally give you the machine.

- After talking with the vet and learning the horrible source of the meat, leave the vet and head back to the diner to the right.
- Talk to the diner worker and choose the first dialogue option to discuss the source of the meat, then leave
- Head right two blocks and go into Nika's house, then upstairs and talk to her. Choose the first option to talk about a burger machine, then leave her house.
- Head all the way left to the library, and there will be a person in a polar bear outfit outside the library. Talk to them and choose the first dialogue option to try to win a free ticket. You'll be asked a series of four questions. The correct answers are:
- Cat
- Rooster
- Donkey
- Dog
- You'll win a zoo ticket. Head right two blocks and the bus stop now has a zoo sign/marquee next to it. Use the zoo ticket on the zoo sign to get a bus to the zoo
- Head to the right and use the meatballs on the lion cub in the rightmost pen.
- Head through the door on the right and talk to the woman at the desk. Choose the dialogue option that she looks busy at her computer, and run through the conversation, then leave the building and the zoo.
- Head all the way left back to the circus and talk to the lion. Choose the first option to cheer him up. He'll give you the meatball recipe
- Head all the way back to the zoo (right three screens) and back into the back room, and give the recipe to the woman at the machine. Run through the conversation and you'll be kicked out, and this achievement will unlock
