Talk to the guy near the printer on the library. He'll tell you he lost his acces card.
Go to the second floor and search for books in the computer. The access card is on the geography aisle, move the ladder to the 2A section and search the book to get the card.

- From Nika's house go left through two more street lights to reach a building with two columns out front, which is the library. Head inside.
- At the front desk, take one of the green brochures on the left side of the desk.
- Head left and talk to the person with glasses in the back by the copier. Choose both the first dialogue option about the blank book, and the second to ask what they're doing, then end the conversation.
- Interact with the elevator on the left to go up to the second floor, then use the computer right behind you when you exit. First search for blank book, then for unpopular books
- Head right and enter the second aisle, the one with the globe on the end
- Interact with the set of books in the spot where row II and column A meet (use the "look" option). Move the ladder if need be. Afterward, interact with that set of books again, this time using the hand option, to pull the book and find the access card, unlocking this achievement.
