Go to the library and pick up the flyer from the front, then talk to the guy near the printer, seems he lost his acces card for the printer.
Go to the secnd floor using the lift, and search all the options for books in the computer.
The acces card is on the geography aisle, move the ladder to the 2A section and get the card from inside the book.
Go give the acces card to the printer guy, he'll let you keep it, so use it to enter the store room, get the box of pens and the box of papers.
Go to the copy room and talk to the guy, select: "Maybe they have a blank book or something similar", "I'll give him the sheets of paper so he can make me a book", "I thought it was going to be free", "I've got the discount I picked up from the front desk". You'll get the Blank Book.

Now we just need to the book to Sandro, he is in the caravan near the circus, so go there and give him the book.
