Story!
For getting the Enigmarillion you have to search it in the computer (library 2nd floor).
The book is on the Art aisle, in the space 2C, but it's not the proper Enigmarillion yet.
For converting it into the Enigmarillion, you have to organize the 8 books in the first floor so that they form an octagon.
If you organized them properly, there should be a space in the middle, put the Enigmarillion in it to transform it and win the achievement.

Story-related; cannot be missed.
- Exit the farm to the circus, then enter Sandro's trailer and talk to him. You'll get a new task for setting up a demonstration. Talk to him again and ask him to teleport you to the butcher's, then leave.
- Leave the butcher's and go two doors left to the comic book shop. Interact with the brown cloak in the glass case in the upper left, then talk to the employee about it. They'll tell you about tracking down the Enigmarillion. Leave the comic book shop.
- Head all the way left to the library, go inside, and take the elevator to the second floor.
- Interact with the computer and choose to search for the Enigmarillion. Back out and then head to the rightmost aisle. Move the ladder so it's next to row II and column C, then interact with that section of books to find the Enigmarillion. Interact again to take it, then leave the aisle and take the elevator back downstairs.
- In the back are eight books on three shelves. Take all eight books, and then place them on the shelves in this order, from left to right:
- Top shelf: red book, teal/gray book, brown book
- Middle shelf: light blue book, no book, gray book
- Bottom shelf: green book, purple book, dark blue book
- Place the Enigmarillion in the open center space, and if done correctly, it will "power up" with a short cutscene. Take the Enigmarillion and this will unlock.
