when you attack other players, be sure to destroy their keep (castle). make sure to check for catapults and take them out. it also helps to destroy any ground troops or towers they have. you get a small reward for destroying their keep, then you can finish off the rest of the buildings if you have time. destroying their mills and lumberyards will loot the wood they have stored. just keep playing and launching battles and eventually you will reach 100,000 wood looted.
