• You must tick both the ranked ELO option and Lock Teams
• The game needs to be a minimum of 5 minutes long in game time (though can be played at fastest speed which is less time in real life)

This can be done in public match, boosted, or even via a LAN game.

If you are tying to do this online against a random player it is recommended you play 1 vs 1 deathmatch on a tiny map, make everything visible, build a small army, and just rush aggressively.
