Age of Empires: Definitive Edition

Artifacts are small wheeled carts and can be found in most random map games.

Start a Random map game with small map, game speed fastest, any empire, normal AI, map all visible.

Quickly check the map to make sure the Artifacts are available. There is usually at least one close to your base. If there are, spawn a car using the 'bigdaddy' cheat. You'll then want to drive around, turn the Artifacts to your control (there should be 5) and move them all to one corner. Then simply defend them with walls and the car if you want. Simply wait for the timer to count down and the achievement is yours. You could even use the time to work on the resource achievements.
