How to unlock the Greece'd Lightning achievement in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
On Standard difficulty I was able to do this achievement easily with 25mins remaining on the timer.
1) Early on with your boats, just go a bit north and east and you should see a short path next to a bridge. Land your army here and steamroll red base. I didn't bother chasing all their soldiers, I just entered the city, killed the soldiers there and destroyed the 4 towers.
2) Now you have a small village under control. Boom your economy (mostly food and gold) and upgrade everything Cavalry-related.
Build 6 stables and start producing loads of cavalry.
Meanwhile, with your starting army, attack the southest Town Center (blue).
When given the chance, ally with Yellow (use the Diplomacy menu). That's very important and it makes the rest of the mission far easier.
3) Now, wait until you have sufficent Cavalry (30 or so - I put the stables' rally point in the first Yellow base so that they are closer to Blue when I want to attack) and attack the last blue Town Center (far east). Wait until one of their soldier opens the gate and use that to enter the city. Focus the Town Center: Blue will surrender as soon as it is destroyed.
Keep producing cavalry but keep them in your base because we will need them for when Red betrays you.
4) If you lost too many horses when you attacked the last Blue TC, replenish your army. When you're ready, attack the north-east Teal town center. It is very lightly protected, with no walls and not many soldiers. When it's destroyed, retreat to yellow base.
By now, Red should have betrayed you. I had so many cavalry ready for them that I barely needed to micromanage them. If needed, gather your entire army to finish Red.
5) Now, there's just one Teal town center left, and the two Yellow (your ally). We're not going to kill Teal. When you're ready, get your cavalry close to Yellow Town Centers and switch from Ally to Enemy in the Diplomacy screen. Be careful of their stone throwers. You don't need to kill everything, they can't match your 30+ cavalry anyway and they don't have walls to protect them.

Great guide! I followed your steps and was able to do similar on Hard difficulty by exploiting one little trick:
With your catapults that survived in step 1, after taking out the first blue TC I sent the catapults back to "attack ground" on yellow's TC. Their units start gathering around but as you are still allied does not retaliate.
The cavalry you've made you can send to take out blue TC as per your instructions. By the time you are notified of red's betrayal, I had moved my remaining catapult to yellow's 2nd TC to start attack ground and moved all army to red's base.
When red's count down timer almost finishes, the 2nd yellow TC had ~1 more catapult shot remaining before being destroyed so switched yellow to enemy and both red/yellow resigned around same time. This left an easy path to take out 1 of Teal's TC to finish the game with ~25min+ still remaining before Demetrius lands.

Helpful tip as well! When red is about to betray you, you can see a timer ticking before the red does that! What I did, I sent quickly my cavalry in his base and waited for the timer to run off! When it did the red had not much time to react and my forces obliterated them!
