How to unlock the No Quarter achievement in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide

Well, bros, this one is sort of different from other campaign achievements. In general, the campaign achievements for "dawn of dukes" dlc is on completing bonus objectives in mission. But for this one, you need to ignore the quest of meeting leader of lizard legion. Don't send any units to lizard legion area in case of glitching.
Then you can meet both of "von" hero in final battle. Then kill both of them before the last enemy ordinary soldier die ( not necessary, just in case) , the achievement will pop up.

I had difficulty with getting this achievement to pop. For me, I had to kill both targets before Ulrich von Jungingen announces " We should have prevailed by now, but we shall turn the tide with one final, valiant push!" in order for it to pop. It might also be that you must kill them before the main objective is completed. I recommend making a save before the final battle starts just in case yours is buggy like mine was.

yup, you have to move your pikemen/arbalesters up to rush Ulrich right around the time when orange(von Renys) attacks. Otherwise after a brief battle Ulrich has a chance of just popping out of existence when the retreat trigger activates and no achievement.

I too had some issues unlocking this, after killing both of them several times before the mission ended. I think what needs to be done is both 'Vons' need to be killed before the 'Defeat the Teutonic Order' objective has been ticked.
After the initial attack wave I charged at Ulrich first, killed him, then went for Nicholas. There was still a fair few of the Order's army left after both Vons died.
I think it's important to go for Ulrich first.

Useful feedback. I tried during server maintenance last night and I neither have this achievement nor the one for completing the campaign. Irritating.

Will try a 4th time.

Well I killed Ulrich AFTER "We should have prevailed by now, but we shall turn the tide with one final, valiant push!" You do need to kill both of them before they retreat and leave the battlefield, obviously. I killed both of them by getting all my ranged units to target them. I definitely recommend saving at the start of the battle.

I killed Nicholas first, I didn't even realize all my troops had a +24 attack bonus. lol. I sent my winged hussars towards Nicholas, and moved everyone else towards Ulrich.
I looked backed and Nicholas' guards were decimated, and he just got annihilated...
Objectives and dialog started ticking off, including Nicholas still talking after he was dead.
I sent all my units at Ulrich, and killed him pretty fast, but I think the Defeat the Teutons was already completed.
I definitely recommend getting all the objectives first, your troops are so much stronger!
The annoying thing about this mission is the random Teuton armies that will kill your trebs.
I just built 5 more trebs, then spammed from 3 stables and 4 barracks, Winged Hussars and Pikemen. That combination was enough to guard my trebs if I kept it at a group of 40 +. Then you can send out a big squad of Hussars to kill the random yellow stuff around the map.
And each Teuton fortress just needs both castles killed.
