Not that the solution above needs them, but the achievement is not voided if you build transport ships or fishing ships. I got it playing migration and towering up the large island v low level AI opponent until it resigned.

Might be obvious to others but I think you need to be in the Imperial Age to do this (I’m very new to the game) but thanks for the guide!

Start a new Regicide game as the Spanish, any difficulty, any enemy. Select the "Real World - Earth" map type. I think it's a little easier to see what's going on with the Full Visibility option.
You start in Antarctica with a couple villagers, a transport ship, and your scout. Your opponent has the same... and will immediately move everything but the king into their transport and sail to South Africa. As soon as they leave Antarctica, attack the king with your scout and villagers. He's not capable of fighting back. He'll die pretty quickly, usually he'll flee at first and then get himself stuck against the edge of the map or the water. Takes less than a minute, even on the hardest difficulty.

Great solution, here is something I have to add:
Perhaps I am mistaken, but I don't think it is possible to disable the "peace treaty" in Regicide. I had to wait for 5 minutes to be able to attack the enemy King.
EDIT: Still could be that I am missing something, but I double checked and disabling the treaty (set to NONE) does not remove the 5 minute treaty at the start of the game.

You definitely could disable the peace treaty when I posted this. I'm not going to reinstall the game to check, but I'll update the solution if someone else confirms that the treaty is no longer optional.

Civilization: Spanish
Game Mode: Defend the Wonder
Age: Post-Imperial (preset, can't be changed)
As "Defend the Wonder" always starts at Post-Imperial Age, all researches are already done, which included Supremacy - unique technology of the Spanish.
The starting scout (in this case, a hussar) does not need to die, contrary to another guide above.
Keep sending villagers to gather resources, and build castles and towers around the wonder. Maybe build a market to trade resources whenever necessary.
Walling relics around the map in order to prevent opponent monks from grabbing them - this will hinder their economy, as they need gold to build siege weapons and other powerful units. Using the starting hussar to kill monks would help, if necessary.
Whenever enemies come and attack, the player may use villagers to destroy enemy siege weapons, while letting castles and towers to deal with human units. However villagers would still need to be sent out to kill Briton Elite Longbowmen since they out-range castles and towers.
Once the wonder countdown has ended while the wonder remains standing, the game is won and achievement is obtained.

The easiest way to do this is with wonder race as described in the Prominent Player (20G) achievement. Just make sure you only make villagers nothing else.
