How to unlock the Can I be Frank with You? achievement in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
Create a private Multiplayer Co-op lobby.
The second player is always "Open" and you must select if the CO-OP player will be AI (the DE AI), the HD AI (from the Aoe 2013) or the CD AI (from 20 years ago). Play Tours and Win... No misteries.
Your enemies at this scenario are the infamous Berbers and Moors, so to speak, they use camels and knights as the backbone of their army. Don't waste time trying to train a balanced army, you just need Spearman-line units for your defense and soon, for destroying the muslim forces.
1) Gather all sheep outside your walled base and bring to your villagers.
2) At 15 minutes mark, both enemies will try to break through your walls and try to destroy one of your Town Centers (and if they raze one, you lose).
3) Don't underestimate their camelry and cavalry, if you are behind technologically or bad in resources, you must have more than 20 spearman/pikeman ready to fend off their first wave.
4) Your ally is most useless for this scenario but you can trade him soon and get 78 gold per Caravan travel. He will be on the east side of the map and his map vision will be revealed in 15 min mark.
5) When you go for attack finally, use Halberdiers, Throwing Axeman and Trebuchets. They are enough to level their cities.

Co-op Campaigns -> Historical Battles -> Tours (732)
Visibility Private, Players 2, all other default settings are fine. Create Lobby, change open slot to AI (if you do not have another player to do this with).
Normally, if this was singleplayer, you'd be in control of both the walled-in city to the north and a raiding party composed of throwing axeman and knights that starts in the southeast, but in Co-op you are in control of just the northern city with no starting military units whatsoever in the feudal age.
This achievement is not particularly difficult, your AI companion is not helpful but will distract the opponents somewhat and more importantly open an easy trade route on the east side of the map around 18 minutes in.
Opponents will attack primarily with camels & mamelukes. Population is hard capped at 100 unfortunately. The walled-in city to the north you start with is incredibly well defended. Ignore any enemy raiding parties while you build up your economy they'll destroy themselves on the castle and towers (you have murder holes from the start so units under your castle are not a threat). You start with all necessary buildings to advance to imperial from the start so wood is not that important outside of making farms.
Suggest gathering sheep outside of gates first thing and booming on food immediately to get into castle. Use the woodline to the northwest of your town that has a lumberjack already, multiple gold deposits on the east edge of the map if the walled-in gold isn't enough.
Objectives can be completely ignored, if you lost a town center then you did something horribly wrong already. I didn't return the trading carts found in the south corner and instead just killed both enemy factions and achievement popped all the same.
Neither of the other 2 enemy factions are that well defended. Although there is a single castle to worry about, spearmen would do well to counter a lot of the enemy cavalry but I ended up just overwhelming them with frank Paladins with gold funded through trade carts.

Start the Tours (732) from the co-op Historical battles with one AI teammate. Once it begins, don’t worry about your farms outside your walls; just build up your economy and defenses. Once you get to Castle Age you can build your army then go on the attack. The enemies shouldn’t give you too much trouble; attack yellows to the west first followed by green in the south. Don’t worry too much about the trade carts; if one dies you can always just destroy the enemy instead.
