The historical battle Lepanto (1571) offers a good opportunity to get this one.
You start of with numerous heavy demolition ships and the Turkish enemy will periodically attempt to land their forces to try and destroy your wonder. They will attempt to land just south of your wonder or to the north (south of your town center). I got this accidentally whilst playing the campaign but if you were specifically going for this I would move your other naval units out the way, wait for the Turkish transports and then just swarm in with your heavy demolition ships.

Can‘t get the achievement :( why are there so many buggy achievements

Quite simple. The best map for this is probably Lepanto in the Historical Battles. You start with Demolition ships and the enemy will consistently try to land with Transport ships. Just destroy one of them.
