Launch the Game, open skirmish, select Dravidians, Difficulty Easiest, and play as normal but try to win. if you dont, restart the skirmish.

Oddly enough, this unlocked for me during Prithviraj 2, even though I was definitely playing as the Gunjara like the rest of the campaign

You can only play as the Dravidians in Skirmish if you own the DLC.
