Flemish Revolution is a technology unique to the Burgundians and can be researched at the Castle once the Imperial Age is reached. Once it is researched, it upgrades all your existing villagers to Flemish Militia (which is a combat unit).
You must have at least 50 villagers alive at the same time before you research Flemish Revolution from the castle in order to transform them for the achievement.
This can quickly be done in a skirmish death match as you will begin with many resources.
Game settings:
- Start building many town centers and keep creating villagers. * Hold shift to create more villagers at a time.
- Build 1 castle
- Once you have over 50 villagers alive at the same time, research Flemish Revolution from the castle and all your villagers will transform into Flemish Militia. The achievement will unlock in game.

Lol, I unlocked this by accident. I couldn't work out why all my villagers had downed tools and gone on strike. I couldn't get them to do any work so I sent them off to their deaths.
