Very easy achievement on Standard.
Boom your economy and start producing loads of Hoplites. Nothing else. No siege weapons, no bowmen, nothing. Fully upgrade them.
Go through Purple (ally) base to the far East and then continue North to the Orange base with ~35 Hoplites and watch them crush everything. Just be careful of Orange's Stone Throwers (catapults), focus them first when you see them. I think I lost 5 soldiers in the entire process. I defeated Green with the same army.
Save before orange base for safety but you shouldn't have any problems.

By "fully upgrade" I took it to mean all the way to Centurion with Metallurgy, Chain Mail, Tower Shield, and Aristocracy and ... yeah, that worked. This is definitely the way to go.
You can actually build your academies in your town and then head directly north instead of taking the long way around--I used my starting broadswords to clear out the Dacian village and then used to probe the Dacian Army positions. If I had realized that I could have marched that way, I wouldn't have gone all the way around through Purple to get there. Much shorter trip straight up.

Hoplites are a good option for sure. But i think Helepolis are even better, they are too strong in this game. If you mass 20 of them you can kill everything very easily.

This can be obtained in the 3rd Roman campaign mission by destroying the Dacian (orange) army before completing the main objective. To start with, get your economy going and send trade carts south to your purple ally for a steady stream of gold. Get yourself a small army and some stone throwers then head east, taking out the market and guard tower along the way. A little further on, you'll see two orange towers which protect the path main base. There will also be one of the option aqueducts to the south, but if you attack this it will provoke green, so perhaps best to leave it for now, or build a couple of towers to keep them occupied.
Use your siege units to take out the two towers, and be prepared for a cavalry counter attack. Once they're down you can construct some military buildings and perhaps towers by the river to begin your main attack. Their base isn't too hard, although they do like to make stone throwers that can cause a lot of damage to tightly packed units. As I was taking out their base they did try and cheekily establish one to the south of the river, so be prepared for this. Achievement will pop as soon as they surrender.
