Create 4 Siege Workshops and train 60 total Siege Rams. Set the Gather Point of the Siege Workshops on the outskirts of an opponents village. Once all 60 Siege Rams have amassed at the gather point, select them all, set to aggressive stance and Attack Move (using the R hotkey) to the opposite side of the opponent's village. The units will attack each building as they come in contact with them. This is to stop the units from attacking one building then standing still if the next one is too far away.
Once a group is set to attack, move the gather point of the siege workshops to a different opponent and repeat.

This will more than likely come naturally during the course of the campaign. Just build battering rams regularly and use them to take out key buildings. If you want it faster you can even have them attack houses, etc., once the main buildings in a base have been destroyed.
