The 3 lost vikings are just to the west of the Western Sea Kings main base. I have shown it in this image:
Vikings Location.
You are best to build some longboats during the mission to snipe some towers, deal with the enemy longboats and snipe some ground forces anyway and you need to wipe this enemy out for the mission completion so you should come across this location fairly naturally as you go.
If you only want to quickly grab this achievement, you can do it with one of your starting fishing boats or transports which you get about 30 seconds into the mission. Just follow the route in this image:
Vikings Quick Route
and you will get the achievement. There will be towers on the way round but as long as you keep moving, you will only get a couple of hits. If you do it this way, fully expect to get the 3 vikings killed by longboats shortly after unless you transport them away quickly, but takes about 2 minutes if you just want to grab the achievement quickly.
