The best way to boost this is to go on Wolf Hill of at least Large. I got 81 relics to spawn in the middle that way.
Just make sure to NOT go on Capture the Relic, as that spawns only 1 relic in the entire map

Build enough monasteries around the middle. I recommend building 10 monks, picking up relics one by 1 and then dumping them in 1 monastery per haul. This is because the maximum capacity for holding relics is also 10. That way you don't have to count or keep track which monastery is full.

I built 10 monasteries, then created around 50 monks before sending them to pick up a relic each (to ensure the other AI doesn’t steal them) and then highlighted 10 to deliver to the individual monastery.
