Trained 10 Houfnices as the Bohemians.
The easy way:
Quick match, infinite resources, Post-imperial age, turbo mode.
Create 5 Siege Engine Workshops and craft 10 Cannons, 2 in each.
You can get it throughout the campaign as well, multiplayer I do not recommend since it would be a bit difficult to collect that amount.

The easiest way to do this is to Start in the Imperial Age with Infinite Resources.
You're going to want to build a Siege Workshop and a University.
You cannot upgrade your Cannons to Houfnices without the Chemistry Tech.
So at the University you're going to want to Research Chemistry, then at the Siege Workshop you're going to want to Upgrade your Cannons to Houfnices.
Then just train Ten of them at the Siege Workshop and your Achievement will Unlock!
