This is a long one folks - buckle up. I will not be telling you how to do these or any sort of guide as to where to go and in what order, I'll just be telling you what the objectives are and that you can defeat the Jomsvikings and then continue on in free play to get the rest.
By quest:
Ragnar's Saga - 9 objectives
1) Find Lagertha and recruit her by defeating her bear and hound
2) Find Aslaug
3) Steal the cow Sibilja
4) Defeat Jarl Beli
5) Become King of Norge
6) Become King of Sverige
7) Become King of Danmark
8) Sack Paris
9) Rescue Thora Fortress-Hart from the serpent on Gotland
Ragnar's Sons - 7 objectives
1) Sacked York
2) Killed King Aella of Northumbria
3) Killed London
4) Killed King Edmund of Anglia
5) Built a settlement in England
6) Built a jarldom (the wonder/monument) in England
7) Raised the Great Heathen Army (I think this is based on army pop)
The Tale of Hrorek of Rorestad - 4 objectives
1) Recruited Hrorek
2) Captured Dorestad
3) Destroyed the towers on the Rhine River
4) Pillaged the villages along the Elbe River
Orkneyinga Saga - 5 objectives
1) Recruted the Eysteinsson brothers
2) Built a settlement in Orkney
3) Built a settlement in Shetland
4) Killed the Pictish giant Mael Brigte
5) Plundered the monasteries in the Hebrides
The Landnama - 7 objectives
1) Recruited Ketill Flatnose and his daughter, Aud
2) Recruited Grimr Kamban
3) Built a settlement in the Faroes
4) Built a settlement in the Hebrides
5) Built a settlement on the Isle of Man (this took me a while to figure it, it's a tiny island)
6) Found a land of fire and ice
7) Built a settlement in Iceland
The Annals of Ireland - 4 objectives
1) Recruited Olaf the White
2) Killed the High King Mael Sechnaill
3) Built a settlement in Ireland (not sure if this pops just from finding the gaia folwark?)
4) Sacked the monasteries of Ireland
Chronicles of the Dukes of Normandy - 7 objectives
1) Recruited Hrolf the Ganger
2) Recruited Hasteinn
3) Destroyed the Frankish fleet
4) Sacked Rouen
5) Sacked Rennes
6) Built a settlement in Francia
7) Killed Robert the Strong
Chronicle of Novgorod - 5 objectives
1) Recruited Rurik the Troublemaker
2) Captured Holmgard and Loenugardr
3) Built a settlement in Gardariki
4) Established a trade route to Gardbariki (NOTE- at least on Hard, right after launch, this appears bugged - you can get the objective easily, but doing the trade voyage thing from the dock produces a useless trade cog, I don't know why you can't use it to trade with any dock but you can't)
5) Destroyed the nomad camps
Hrolfr Kraki's Saga - 2 objectives
1) Found the Skofnung, the sword of Hrolfr Kraki
2) Found Hrolfr Kraki's gold in the Fyris Wolds of Sverige

Ok, I just finished it after 11 hours of gameplay. I hate these ridiculously long missions.
You can check the Objectives tab in the game, and it will show you what objectives you have finished, and then compare it to the list that OP provided above, and see what you are missing. Thanks @TheWyandotte
The last mission was actually to build a settlement on the Isle of Man. It is the tiny island between mainland England and Ireland. If in Doubt, put a couple of villagers on a Transport, and go build a longhouse on every tiny island, plus build longhouses inside every enemy base you destroyed.

Once you finish the 50 missions, then you can go to your Warrior Hall and challenge the Viking raiders, so that you can finally destroy that pesky orange enemy base in the east (Jomsborg).
You can check the Objectives tab in the game, and it will show you what objectives you have finished, and then compare it to the list that OP provided above, and see what you are missing. Thanks @TheWyandotte

Thanks! I am on 48/50 right now and I'm 6:30:00 game time into this campaign. Major oof.
I am having trouble finding these two:
-The Tale of Hrorek of Rorestad
2) Captured Dorestad (Found this one in the Netherlands area)
-Hrolfr Kraki's Saga
1) Found the Skofnung, the sword of Hrolfr Kraki (Found it on small island East side of "Denmark", could be considered Odense)
Once I realized we were playing on a map of the UK, partial Ireland and northern Europe, the tasks and locations started to make more sense.
Also, the trading also is bugged and does not work on Standard difficulty for me either.
