Someone wrote about it in Steam, so why not to share here too?compute Maybe it happens because of the code to trigger the achievement is in English, and any other language do not recognize it.

Resources: Infinite
Population cap: 500
Select map Arena and choose one with River or sea.


Once the game begins build 5-7 houses
5 Ports
And spam 30 fishing ships

Standard Game
Japan
Resources: Infinite or normal
turbo mode or normal
Population cap: 500 or less
map Arena with River or sea

8 attempts changing map or settings and spam much more that 30 fishing ships

Another forum: "Currently not working despite how many japanese fishing ships you built in one game. Might work in a multiplayer game"

No i did it by my self, no multiplayer. Unless it has something to do with the updates :(

Play any random map or death match with Japs. Just spam the 30 fishing ships and it will unlock.

Start a standard game with the following settings:
 
  • 1 Enemy
  • Civilization - Japanese
  • Turbo Mode on
  • Infinite Resources
  • Coastal style map
 Once it starts build a dock and some houses, them simply build 30 fishing ships.

Buggy for today. To get it, you need to switch the game to English.
