Build a marketplace far enough away from the neutral trade post that you'll be able to throw in at least five of your own unique buildings (toll outposts) in between. Once you've got the outposts set up, create a few traders and send them to the post.

So long as the traders walk through the influence zone of your toll outposts, and there are at least five of them, you'll snag this achievement.
