Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition

This achievement will (almost) unlock naturaly while going for the faction-mastery, so their is no need to rush. Still, here is a guide.

If you got a boosting partner, just start the game and one quits/concides.

Settings
map-type: no islands
map size: mico or small
victory: Landmark
ressourcess: maximum
map: uncovered/everything visible
age: 4th age

AI-Level: Easy or Intermediate. Some you are sure you can control
AI-Faction: does not matter; Mongolians work fine.

1. Select 5 of your workers to mass build staples. (5 or more should be sufficient)
2. Select the last worker and send him of to build 20+ houses. (just make sure you can mass an army, but since Malian Houses only provide 5 unitcap, you need more than with the Ottomans)
3. Build Light Cavalery. - 20 teched ones should be enouth, but you can build more to make sure.
4. Send them to rush the opponents Townhall (the one that hold 15 people/has 7.5k HP)
5. You should win after a single attack, but win for sure if you attack a second time.
