Choose the Chinese
Enemy A.I. doesn't matter which civ nor which difficulty
Map also doesn't matter
Click on Game Setup (right top side), I choose these options, no idea if that influences whether you get the achievement or not:
Win Conditions: Landmarks, Sacred, Wonder
Tuning Pack: None
Starting Conditions: Starting res. Standard res., Start age: 1, Map State: Concealed
To get this achievement you need to get all the four dynasties as the Chinese in one game.
The Chinese have four dynasties (required buildings):
Tang Dynasty
Song Dynasty (Imperial Academy & Barbican of the sun)
Yuan Dynasty (Imperial Palace & Astronomical clocktower)
Ming Dynasty (Great wall gatehouse & Spirit way)
