Unlike the mastery challenges, you do not need to complete a match in order for the wall count to register.
Easiest way to spam this is to play on a 2-player skirmish map, preferably one with lots of open land like Dry Arabia. Set the AI to the same team as you, set resources to high, and the age to III or IV. Then just start building stone walls with your villagers.
When you 86 your stone reserves, quit the match and start again. In one game, without harvesting any additional stone, I built 532 wall segments, so it should only take a couple of games to complete.

You can do it in one match by setting resources to maximum

Anyone know if this tracks in the achievement as I've built loads of walls but it's still showing as zero %.
