Skirmish 1v7 all easy AI, Dry Arabia gigantic, I left on random opponents. Just massed war elephants and went around attacking. Make sure to not destroy the Landmark version of a Town Center until you clear out all the other buildings for that player, as it turns the buildings "white" which no longer count as an enemy. The Landmark town centers are usually behind walls by the time you get your elephants built up. Took about 20 mins total.

I assume resource is set to max? No way you can do this in 20 minutes on default resources.

I played as Delhi on Archipelago for a Skirmish. I never made an elephant, surrounded my island with keeps, only made the exploding boats and some other boat, and I have 6% progress into this achievement. So, something is incorrectly counting progress for this achievement. I want to say it was my exploding boats sinking enemy ships.
