Saint's Blessing is the Buff provided from the WARRIOR MONKS of the Rus faction, these units can be built from the monastery.
To easily set this up, start a 'vs AI' match against an intermediate enemy. I personally created a horseback army of about 60 units populated with 10 or so warrior monks. You want your horseback monks to be surrounded by friendly units when they're in battle.
Once you've got your small army, send them into battle, once your warrior monk hits an enemy they will buff the surrounding allies, if you've got 10 or more surrounding the monk the achievement is yours!
The achievement should pop as soon as they buff the allies correctly, it may take a few engagements to get it to work though.
