Here's a quick way of doing this with the English as they have a really strong Dark Age melee unit.
Create a custom Skirmish game, set the AI to Easy. Under the Game Setup change the starting resources to High so you can concentrate on spamming out units.
When the game starts use all your current villagers except one to create 6 barracks at your base. Use the remaining villager to create houses to increase your pop cap. As soon as each one is built start spamming out Men at Arms. Meanwhile send your scout out to find the enemy. Once you have about 20 men at arms send them and your villagers towards the enemy base.
Once close, get your villagers to build another 6 barracks just outside the enemy base. Use the 20 Men at Arms to defend them.
Continue building units from your first 6 barracks and set their rally point to somewhere near the enemy base. As your new barracks are created build more units. Once you have about 30-40 Men at Arms attack their main base. Continue spamming units from your 12 barracks and set their rally point next to the enemy base. You should overwhelm them and achieve victory.

You can also select "revealed" in the game setup, map state setting, to avoid having to find your enemy. Also, avoid playing against civs that have good cavalry early on like the French, because it will immediately advance to the feudal age and your armies won't stand a chance against their units. Personally, I unlocked this achievement using this strategy (sort of, I just constructed the first barracks next to the enemy's base right away) playing against the Delhi sultanate.

Great strategy. I used Fermasmas' tips as well: set map to reveal, fight against Delhi. I set up all 12 barracks right outside their base to start. I also recommend setting the barracks to a hotkey group so you can quickly keep mass producing troops from all buildings at once.

For the achievement you going to need to win whilst you are in the Dark Ages!
Your gonna need a ai partner but what I done was:
Used 2v2 the hardest ai on my team and two of the intermediate ai on another team,
I went afk came back and it was done!
I built nothing FYI I had just pressed play and went to watch tv forgetting that I was playing aoe4 whoops
