Mission: #3 "Raiders of the Red Sea"
Difficulty: Any (no real challenge on any of the story difficulties)
BLUF: Collect resources, build 20 Trade Ships, and simultaneously assign them to trade with allied Docks.
Your first mission in "Raiders of the Red Sea" is establishing a Naval Presence. You immediately have access to three harbors and can build Trade Ships; however, you only have the resources to build ten, meaning to earn the achievement you need to get your villagers to work. You can also sell some food at the market for more gold. Once you have 20 Trade Ships, select them all, and click on an allied Dock to begin trading.
The achievement takes a little bit of time to trigger. Let the traders move back and forth a few times and it should pop.
